Being the "law-abiding" citizen you are, you've decided to take matters into your own hands.

Take your other horse, Chicken Nugget, on a raid of the helmers factory.
Use Chicken Nugget's aversion to medicine to your advantage. Feed her carrots full of Benadryl, and watch her shoot those pills at breakneck speeds.

Lawfully execute all the Helmers employees to get Princess back, but watch out because they won't go down without a fight.
